At New Hope Community Church, we are on a mission to make Heaven a present reality in people's lives by helping them draw closer to God. The most effective way to accomplish this mission is through community discipleship.
WHAT ARE "Discipleship Groups"?
Discipleship Groups are where much of church life happens. While every group is unique, all of them share some general features and goals:
- Gather weekly for the purpose of loving God, loving each other, and loving our neighbors.
- Discuss and apply questions from Sunday's sermon.
- Talk through and live out life's joys and trials together.
- Pray for one another and meet one another's needs.
- Build relationships with others in the New Hope Community.
- Collaborate to share the Gospel and serve the community in Escondido and surrounding areas.
- Share a meal or snack together (each Group is different).
